Thanks a million for your e.mail. Apologies for not having replied to you before, I have been very bussy, you know, found lots of work in the office and at home!.
I write this e.mail, also on behalf of my friends, George and Carlota, to tell you that we liked the trip very much and loved Vietnam and its people.
You really organized it very well, and liked and enjoyed everything, we are already referring you to all our friends and plan to talk to you in Trip Advisor and other web pages.
Still, and to help you improve certain aspects, we would recommend the following:
– Different Spanish Guides at Hoian and the South (Ho Chi Min), should be chosen. The lady was nice but she seemed tired and the chap in the South was moody, and unproffessional.
.- The Hotel at Ho Chi Min was well located, reasonably near to the center. The street where it is, has lots of facilites, such as hairdressing salon, massage parlour, sipermarket, etc… There are also other hotels there, you may, next time choose one of them?. Other than that, we feel happy with all, and if decide to go to Camboya an Laos, we will definetely go with you.
We are very impressed with your proffessionalism, your caring telephone calls, and all.
