I love my job at Style Travel where I make sure that everything is arranged carefully and correctly before the tour started and make sure all the little details are ready before customers arrive. Contacting with customers via email, I always wonder how they are and I also think customers wonder how I am too. And I always said to myself that it would be worse if customers have to take flight to my country, but I don’t come to greet them. Therefore, how busy I am, I always arrange a time to meet my customers when they are in Hanoi. Moreover, what I expect when customers ends tour to return home is received an email to talk about their satisfaction with our services, or the sincere comments for some services are not good so that we can improve our work better.

My name is Trung. As the accountant of the company, my responsibility is manage books, monitor the company’s accounting system and work with partners for each booking. I often come and go between Vientiane and Luang Prabang to ensure all company’s tours are running smoothly, and I also have regular trips off-road inside Laos to find more new exciting destinations to offer for our customers.
